Telecommute Technical Support Representative

Telecommute Technical Support Representative position.
The Technical Support Representative is dedicated to providing
first-call resolution by listening to customers attentively and
demonstrating empathy, as well as Supporting the customer with trouble
shooting for HSI connections.

Key Requirements:
- Employees will be required to spend at least 4 weeks at our Appleton
facility for paid training before working at home.
- Must live within 50 miles of Appleton, WI to apply for this position.

- Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- High-school diploma or equivalent experience; attentive to detail;
good listening and responding skills.
